Where do you start? Where would you look first? How do you know what is the most important information? What do the images and data relate to? Would you take the time to read through everything and try to work it out, or would you just switch off and dismiss the page? Organizing information visually requires a grid. A grid can be as simple or as complicated as the designer needs. You will probably need more than one persona to obtain a fully rounded picture. For example, personas for a wayfinding project may take into account the local community, ranging from mothers going shopping, to national and international city visitors.
